You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Founders, and the Creative team to create impactful visual assets across every customer touchpoint-from social media campaigns and websites to product launches, tutorials, presentations, videos, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional visual craft, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through design. You'll play a key role in shaping how ShopOS looks and feels while ensuring every creative reflects our brand with consistency and quality.\nWhat You'II Own\nDesign high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, paid marketing, email marketing, and website content.\nCreate compelling creatives for product launches, feature announcements, events, webinars, and brand campaigns.\nDevelop visually engaging website pages, landing pages, and promotional graphics aligned with our brand identity.\nDesign banners, posters, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and other marketing collateral.\nProduce graphics, thumbnails, overlays, illustrations, and supporting assets for product tutorials, demos, and video content.\nCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Founders, and Content teams to transform ideas into visually engaging experiences.\nMaintain and evolve ShopOS's visual identity across every customer-facing channel.\nEnsure consistency across typography, color palettes, layouts, imagery, iconography, and overall brand language.\nLeverage AI-powered creative tools and modern design workflows to improve speed, quality, and creative exploration.\nStay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our visual communication.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Creative Designer.\nStrong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing creatives, website designs, social media campaigns, and visual storytelling.\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other industry-standard creative tools.\nExcellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand design principles.\nAbility to create polished, pixel-perfect designs with exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Content, and Video teams in fast-paced environments.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative decisions effectively.\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nComfort working in a high-growth startup environment with quick turnaround times and evolving priorities.\nPassion for visual storytelling, branding, creativity, and producing world-class design work.\nBonus Points\nMotion graphics or animation experience using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.\nExperience designing marketing creatives for SaaS, AI, ecommerce, or technology companies.\nBasic video editing experience for promotional and tutorial content.\nExperience designing responsive websites or landing pages.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms.\nIllustration, iconography, or custom graphic creation skills.\nExperience
