Capability:\nMaintain a strong understanding of frontend architecture and UI engineering best practices.\nIdentify UI/UX challenges and propose improvements to enhance usability and performance.\nEnsure adherence to development standards, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design principles.\nSolution Design & Development:\nAnalyse and understand business requirements in the context of user experience and frontend delivery.\nDesign and develop modern, responsive UI components using Blazor and .NET.\nBuild reusable UI components and enforce consistent design systems.\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.\nEnsure high performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility compliance.\nContribute to frontend architecture decisions, including state management and component design.\nDevelop, document, and maintain clean, maintainable UI code.\nDevelop, document, and maintain source code in line with established design standards.\nIntegrate design for maintainability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nBuild systems to take advantage of true cloud-native architecture, leveraging AWS services and patterns.\nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:\nCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers.\nCommunicate technical UI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nParticipate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to shared knowledge.\nQuality, Compliance & Delivery:\nDeliver high-quality UI features within agreed timelines and SDLC processes.\nApply strong testing practices (unit, integration, UI testing where applicable).\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.\nEnsure UI solutions meet accessibility, performance, and security standards\nWork within Agile (SCRUM) and traditional SDLC frameworks.\nInfrastructure & Continuous Improvement:\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines for frontend application deployment.\nMaintain and improve build, deployment, and testing processes\nStay current with emerging frontend technologies and Blazor advancements.\nChampion best practices in UI development and performance optimization.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nEssential:\nExtensive experience in .NET (C#) development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly).\nProven experience building modern, responsive web UIs.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with cloud-hosted applications (preferably AWS).\nExperience with Agile (SCRUM) and SDLC practices.\nStrong code quality discipline and UI testing practices.\nExcellent communication skills.\n5+ years of development experience, with a strong frontend/UI focus.\nAdvantageous:\nExperience with frontend styling frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind).\nKnowledge of JavaScript and interop with Blazor.\nExperience with state management patterns in UI applications.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExposure to event-driven architectures and API-driven UI design.\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes / EKS).\nExposure to retail or customer-facing digital platforms.\nWorking Environment:\nTechnology stack centred on .NET, Blazor, and AWS cloud services.\nUI-focused delivery within a retail platform ecosystem.\nStrong collaboration between frontend, backend, and product teams.\nAgile development culture with structured governance.\nHybrid work environment (currently 3 days in
