Take full responsibility for a meaningful part of the platform - understanding the problems deeply and shaping how the product evolves.\n\nDevelop deep user empathy. Spend time understanding how our customers work, the constraints they operate under, and the real-world challenges they face. Translate these insights into thoughtful product solutions.\n\nLead the product lifecycle. Drive ideas from early discovery through validation, delivery, adoption, and iteration.\n\nPrototype and explore ideas quickly. Use sketches, lightweight mockups, or simple prototypes to explore solutions and communicate ideas.\n\nLearn from user behavior. Use interviews, observation, product analytics, and feedback to understand how people actually use the product and where improvements can make the biggest difference.\n\nCollaborate deeply with engineering. Work daily with engineers and QA to refine ideas, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality product experiences.\n\nBuild products you’re proud of. Care deeply about the details and the overall experience we deliver to customers.\n\nExplore emerging tools and technologies. Stay curious about new tools - including AI - and how they might enable better products or new ways of working.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years in product-related roles, with at least 3 years as a Product Manager in a software company.\n\nStrong product intuition and design sensibility. You care about how products feel to use - not just whether they function.\n\nAnalytical thinking. You use data, observation, and structured thinking to inform decisions.\n\nTechnical communication. You’re comfortable discussing product ideas with engineers and understanding system constraints.\n\nSelf-driven and organized. You take initiative, manage ambiguity well, and can drive projects forward without constant direction.\n\nExecution-focused. You turn ideas into shipped product improvements and measurable outcomes.\n\nStrong communication and storytelling. You can clearly explain problems, ideas, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAI literate and curious.
