We care about practical solutions, reliable software, and making a measurable difference for the businesses using our product.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced full stack engineer who combines strong engineering judgment with hands-on experience using AI coding agents.\n\nWe take an AI-first approach across our engineering workflow: understanding requirements, exploring solutions, implementing features, writing tests, reviewing changes, and debugging issues.\n\nYou’ll work closely with Product and QA to deliver features from implementation through release and help improve how our team uses AI. For larger features and changes, you’ll work from technical plans prepared by the team. For smaller tasks, you’ll help define a practical approach.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for understanding the code, reviewing generated output, and making sure what we ship is correct, maintainable, and ready for production.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nImplement features and improvements based on product requirements and technical plans, using AI coding agents.\n\nBreak smaller tasks into clear steps and provide agents with relevant instructions and context.\n\nUse AI agents to implement, test, review, and refactor code across the frontend and backend.\n\nReview generated code, identify gaps, and verify behavior against requirements.\n\nTake ownership of your work through implementation, testing, release, and follow-up.\n\nWrite and maintain automated tests.\n\nDebug production issues and improve application reliability and performance.\n\nWork with existing systems, making practical improvements while keeping delivery moving.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nEngineering\r\n\n5+ years of software engineering experience, including shipping and maintaining SaaS products.\n\nStrong full stack development skills and proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.\n\nExperience with Vue.js or strong experience with a comparable frontend framework.\n\nExperience with PHP and Symfony or Laravel. Our backend uses Symfony.\n\nA solid understanding of APIs, relational databases, data modeling, and asynchronous workflows.\n\nAbility to understand existing codebases, investigate unfamiliar behavior, and make maintainable changes.\n\nAI-First Development\r\n\nHands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Cursor in real development work.\n\nAbility to turn requirements into clear instructions, provide relevant context, and guide agents through complex tasks.\n\nStrong judgment when reviewing AI-generated code, including recognizing incorrect assumptions, missing edge cases, and security or performance risks.\n\nAbility to investigate and complete work when an agent gets stuck or produces an incomplete solution.\n\nWillingness to continuously improve how you and the team use AI across the development lifecycle.\n\nQuality & Ownership\r\n\nYou take responsibility for the outcome of your work, including code generated by AI.\n\nYou write meaningful automated tests and verify changes before shipping.\n\nYou consider correctness, security, performance, and maintainability when making engineering decisions.\n\nYou communicate clearly, raise questions early, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA.\n\nNice-to-Have\n\nExperience configuring and customizing Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar coding agents.\n\nExperience creating reusable skills, project instructions, sub-agents, or automated agent workflows.\n\nAWS experience, particularly with services such as ECS, RDS / Aurora, SQS, and S3.\n\nFamiliarity with Playwright or other E2E testing tools.\n\nExperience building internal developer tooling and improving development workflows.\n\nExperience modernizing legacy systems and
