are looking for a motivated and organized E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce accounts, including\n\nThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts, coordinating between different teams, maintaining a strong content strategy, improving customer experience, and contributing to overall sales growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day operations of the assigned e-commerce accounts.\n\nCreate, manage, and execute monthly and weekly Content Plans.\n\nCoordinate and follow up on Posts, Stories, Reels, and promotional content.\n\nMonitor account performance, engagement, and sales.\n\nManage and improve the customer experience across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.\n\nFollow up on customer inquiries, leads, and orders with the relevant teams.\n\nMonitor the complete order process from receiving the order until delivery.\n\nCoordinate with Sales, Moderation, Delivery, and Content teams.\n\nFollow up on daily sales and prepare regular performance reports.\n\nAnalyze account insights and identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement.\n\nFollow competitors, market trends, pricing, products, and promotional activities.\n\nSuggest new campaigns, offers, content ideas, and strategies to increase sales.\n\nCoordinate with influencers, UGC creators, and content creators when needed.\n\nIdentify problems in the customer/order journey and work on solutions.\n\nEnsure that the brand image, tone of voice, and customer experience are consistent across all platforms.\n\nTake ownership of the account's overall performance and continuously look for ways to improve it.\n\nRequirements\n1–3 years of experience in Account Management, E-commerce, Social Media, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience working with E-commerce brands is highly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.\n\nGood understanding of E-commerce customer journeys and order processes.\n\nAbility to create and manage Content Plans.\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nBasic understanding of Social Media Analytics and KPIs.\n\nGood understanding of sales and how social media activities can contribute to revenue.\n\nAbility to coordinate and communicate effectively with different teams.\n\nGood command of English.\n\nGood knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.\n\nGood knowledge of Shopify and experience managing Shopify stores is preferred.\n\nExperience with order management, product management, inventory, and basic Shopify store operations is a plus.\n\nExperience working with influencers, UGC creators, and content creators is a plus.\n\nPassion for fashion, luxury, and e-commerce is a strong plus.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of
