# E-commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce accounts, including The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts, coordinating between different teams, maintaining a strong content strategy, improving customer experience, and contributing to overall sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned e-commerce accounts. Create, manage, and execute monthly and weekly Content Plans. Coordinate and follow up on Posts, Stories, Reels, and promotional content. Monitor account performance, engagement, and sales. Manage and improve the customer experience across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels. Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and orders with the relevant teams. Monitor the complete order process from receiving the order until delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Moderation, Delivery, and Content teams. Follow up on daily sales and prepare regular performance reports. Analyze account insights and identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement.
