The initial focus is WBP's new mobile valuation application, with other development and BAU work as priorities require.\nKey ResponsibilitiesRequirements Elicitation and Analysis\n\nParticipate in workshops, observation sessions and conduct interviews and other discovery activities with \nvaluers, SMEs and business stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze existing valuation workflows, reporting processes, systems, pain points and improvement opportunities.\n\nElicit and define business, functional and non-functional requirements for WBP's new and existing applications.\n\n Identify assumptions, dependencies, constraints, risks and gaps requiring clarification or decision.\n\nRequirements Documentation and Management\nDevelop and maintain clear requirements documentation, user stories, tasks, use cases, business rules, \nacceptance criteria, process maps, data requirements and functional specifications. \n\nEnsure requirements are complete, unambiguous, testable and easily understood by business and technical stakeholders. \n\nMaintain requirements traceability from business need through design, development, testing and delivery. \n\nManage requirement changes through agreed governance and document decisions and approvals.\n\nProcess and Solution Analysis\nDocument current-state and future-state processes and recommend practical improvements to valuation and \nreport-production workflows. \n\nWork with design and development team members to translate requirements into intuitive workflows and feasible solution options. \n\nAssess proposed solutions against business objectives, user needs, scope, risks and delivery priorities. \n\nSupport the definition of data capture, validation, integration, reporting and audit requirements.\n\nStakeholder and SME Engagement\nBuild effective working relationships with valuers, SMEs, operational leaders, project sponsors and delivery partners. \n\nFacilitate constructive discussion, resolve ambiguity and build alignment where stakeholder needs or priorities differ. \n\nCommunicate requirements, decisions, impacts and outstanding issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. \n\nEnsure feedback is recorded, assessed and responded to through the agreed process.\n\nDelivery & Team Collaboration\nWork closely with project management, product, design, development and testing team members throughout the delivery lifecycle. \n\nParticipate in discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives. \n\nProvide timely clarification to developers and testers and support the resolution of requirement-related questions and issues. \n\nAssist with prioritizing the delivery backlog according to business value, dependencies, risk and business objectives. \n\nWork alongside other requirements and integration specialists in the Software Development team to share workload and maintain consistent standards. \n\nContribute business analysis to development initiatives, system enhancements and BAU change requests as required.\n\nTesting, Implementation and Business Readiness\nCollaborate with testing team members and business stakeholders to develop test scenarios and confirm \nrequirements coverage. \n\nSupport user acceptance testing, defect triage and validation that delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and acceptance criteria. \n\nContribute to process documentation, user guidance, training content and implementation-readiness activities where required.\n\n Support transition activities and the capture of requirements for post-implementation improvements.\n\nGovernance, Privacy and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain accurate, organized and version-controlled documentation and decision records. \n\nConsider privacy, security, confidentiality and appropriate handling of valuation, customer and property-related information when defining requirements. \n\nComply with WBP governance, information security and document management requirements. \n\nIdentify opportunities to improve business analysis practices and create reusable standards for future platform enhancements.\n\nRemote Working, Communication and Delivery\n Work independently to plan, prioritise and manage assigned deliverables in a fully remote offshore environment.\n\nProvide clear and timely progress updates, raise risks or blockers early and seek clarification when required.\n\nCollaborate effectively with Australian-based stakeholders, development team members and third-party provider contacts across time zones. \n\nDemonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and accountability for delivering agreed outcomes to a high standard.\n\nQualifications\n\nTertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. \n\nBusiness analysis certification such as IIBA, CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or equivalent is desirable.\n\nKnowledge and Experiences\n\nDemonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within software development, digital transformation or technology-enabled business improvement projects. \n\nStrong experience eliciting, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements for software applications. \n\nExperience developing user stories, use cases, process maps, business rules and clear acceptance criteria. \n\nExperience facilitating workshops and working with diverse business and technical stakeholders. \n\nSound understanding of agile delivery and the software development lifecycle. \n\nExperience supporting system testing and user acceptance testing. \n\nExperience with mobile applications, workflow-based systems, field-service technology, property or valuation environments is desirable. \n\nExperience with system integrations, APIs and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is desirable. \n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence or comparable requirements and backlog management tools is
