We don’t have a dedicated account/PM team so being highly organised with exceptional verbal communication is essential.\nCollaborate with designers to create exceptional digital products and websites that exceed client expectations, demonstrating best practices, creativity, and commercial impact.\nDevelop and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across all our work.\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, user requirements and technical constraints – and translate them into elegant, intuitive, effective designs.\nLead design sprints, workshops and presentations that engage clients and explain our process and problem-solving approach.\nMentor junior and mid-weight designers, offering feedback, support and guidance to help them grow.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes across the wider team.\nEssential skills and experience\nEssential skills and experience\nAt least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and process. Agency experience required \nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
