We’re looking for an engineer who sees opportunities to improve how things work, takes ownership, and moves ideas from problem to solution to implementation.\nYou’ll be a key technical resource across our Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, cloud, and security environments, while also helping us accelerate the responsible use of AI and automation across the organization.\nIf you enjoy having several things moving at once, learning new technologies, digging into tough technical challenges, and making an impact beyond your immediate area, this could be a great fit.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and Advance Our Microsoft 365 Environment\nDesign, implement, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 technologies including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.\nManage and continuously improve our hybrid Active Directory and identity environment, including synchronization between on-premises AD and Entra ID.\nImplement and support modern authentication solutions including Windows Hello for Business and passkeys.\nEstablish standards, governance, and best practices that improve security, reliability, and the user experience.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve efficiency using PowerShell and other automation tools.\nDrive Projects and Solve Problems\nTake ownership of technical projects from planning and design through implementation and support.\nBalance multiple projects, priorities, and requests without losing momentum or follow-through.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across cloud, identity, endpoint, and infrastructure environments.\nPartner with IT, Security, and business teams to translate needs into practical technical solutions.\nBring ideas forward rather than waiting to be told what needs to improve.\nSupport Cloud, Security & Resiliency\nProvide light administration and support of AWS workloads used by business applications.\nPartner with infrastructure and security teams on backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, security hardening, and compliance initiatives.\nHelp ensure identity, access, endpoint, and cloud environments meet organizational security standards.\nHelp Lead Our AI Journey\nBe an internal AI champion and early adopter, exploring how Generative AI can improve IT operations, security, infrastructure, and business processes.\nIdentify practical AI use cases and help move promising ideas from experimentation into real-world application.\nPromote responsible AI practices while helping teams understand what AI can, and cannot, do.\nContinuously explore emerging technologies and recommend where they can create meaningful business value.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and/or engineering experience.\nStrong technical knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory.\nDemonstrated experience supporting hybrid identity and infrastructure environments.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nExperience with Windows Hello for Business, passkeys, and modern authentication approaches.\nWorking knowledge of AWS and hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience with backup, disaster recovery, security hardening, and cloud migration initiatives.\nExperience using AI tools and technologies in a professional environment, with genuine curiosity about how AI can improve IT and business operations.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nJust as Important: How You Work\nWe’re looking for someone who:\nThrives in a fast-moving environment and is energized by having multiple priorities in motion.\nCan shift comfortably between a strategic project, a technical problem, and an unexpected business need.\nTakes ownership and follows through without requiring constant direction.\nIs organized enough to manage competing projects while still moving quickly.\nDoesn't stop at identifying a problem.
