Customer Service Excellence:\nProvide outstanding customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.\nAddress customer inquiries or concerns regarding drinks or menu options and provide prompt resolutions.\nEngage with customers to ensure they have a positive experience at the bar and assist with any special requests.\nMaintain a clean and inviting bar environment to encourage guest comfort and repeat visits.\n3. Cash Handling & Transactions:\nAccurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments for beverages and food items.\nProvide guests with accurate change, receipts, and transaction information.\nFollow company policies regarding cash handling, tips, and financial procedures.\n4. Bar Setup & Maintenance:\nSet up the bar before service, ensuring all necessary supplies, glassware, and tools are in place.\nClean and maintain the bar area throughout the shift, including wiping down counters, cleaning glassware, and ensuring the bar is organized.\nRestock supplies such as liquor, garnishes, and mixers as needed to maintain uninterrupted service.\nMaintain the cleanliness and order of the bar, including washing dishes and properly disposing of waste.\n5. Inventory & Stock Management:\nMonitor inventory levels for liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring supplies are always stocked.\nAssist with receiving deliveries, checking the quality and quantity of stock, and organizing supplies.\nInform the Bar Supervisor or Manager when stock levels are low or if supplies need to be reordered.\n6. Health & Safety Compliance:\nAdhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the bar and its equipment are sanitized regularly.\nFollow responsible alcohol service guidelines, including verifying the age of customers and refusing service to intoxicated guests.\nMaintain a safe working environment for both guests and staff, reporting any hazards or safety concerns to management.\n7. Creating Signature Cocktails & Specials:\nStay updated on current drink trends and innovations to create new, unique cocktails and drink specials.\nAssist in developing and promoting new drink offerings or themed specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.\n8.
