The Intake Coordinator processes and tracks new patient applications, schedules and monitors new patient internal referrals, clinic appointments and changes, and communicates with families and Shrine Centers regarding status. Triages patient referrals and patient applications by assessing urgency. Handles inquiries regarding referrals and eligibility requirements. Maintains databases on activity, and prepares statistical reports for Board of Governors, Shrine Centers and Key Volumes reporting.
