The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry of master and transactional data across various SAP modules. Ideal candidates are highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Enter and validate master data including vendor, material, and employee records within SAP. Post transactional data such as GRNs, invoices, payroll entries, and production logs accurately. Maintain data integrity across multiple SAP modules including MM, FI, HR, and PP. Support reconciliation of SAP entries with physical records and Excel trackers. Generate and share SAP reports based on departmental requirements. Identify, flag, and escalate data inconsistencies or system-related issues. Assist in periodic data audits and data clean-up activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data inputs.\nRequirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data entry or SAP-related roles. Proficiency in SAP (any module) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with an understanding of audit and compliance protocols. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
