The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse supervision.Responsibilities:\nCoordinate daily warehouse operations and regularly communicate with the head office.\nOversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.\nMaintain proper documentation and accurate records of stock movements and warehouse activities.\nLiaise with transporters to ensure timely deliveries and proper shipment handling.\nAdminister stock control processes, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to management.\nEnsure that quality objectives, delivery timelines, and operational deadlines are consistently met.\nManage warehouse-related budgets, including casual labor and delivery expenses.\nEnforce compliance with company policies, government regulations, and health and safety standards.\nMonitor and follow up on Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to ensure defective items are returned to vendors.\nTrack incoming shipments and coordinate clearing processes.\nPerform any other duties related to warehouse management as assigned.\nRequirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse coordination or inventory management, preferably in the IT or distribution industry. Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and government compliance standards. Ability to manage logistics, transport coordination, and vendor communication effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
