Based in Schlieren, Switzerland, you’ll make a visible impact by helping organizations get the best from Shure’s conferencing technology.\nResponsibilities\nProvide advanced technical support for Shure Conferencing & Collaboration solutions.\nTroubleshoot product, software, networking, and system integration issues.\nManage complex support cases and act as an escalation point.\nSupport UC deployments across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco, and related platforms.\nAdvise customers and partners on solution design and best practices.\nLead proof-of-concept activities and solution validation.\nPartner with Sales and Market Development to translate customer needs into effective solutions.\nDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training.\nSupport consultant specifications and project opportunities.\nEnable customers and channel partners through certification and technical guidance.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and best-practice guides.\nShare technical expertise across Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.\nProvide customer and market insights to support product improvements and future development.\nIdentify recurring technical challenges and drive corrective actions and process improvements.\nChampion technical excellence, standardization, and customer self-service across the organization.\nQualifications\nDegree or equivalent in Audio Engineering, AV Technology, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nEquivalent professional experience may be considered.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, AV Integration, Unified Communications, System Design, or a related customer-facing technical role. \nProven experience supporting enterprise customers and complex technical environments.\nExperience within Conferencing, Collaboration, AV, UC, IT Infrastructure, or Networking preferred.\nStrong understanding of: Conferencing and collaboration technologies, Unified Communications platforms, Network fundamentals, Audio signal flow and DSP concepts, Microphone and wireless technologies, Enterprise AV systems.\nPreferred experience with: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration solutions, Dante and networked audio technologies, Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms, SAP/Jira Ticket Systems.\nFluency in German, English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.\nPAY TRANSPARENCY\nShure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity.
