Should work as per the defined project priorities and project schedules and ensure to complete the assigned projects within allotted timelines and develop process improvements to improve system quality and efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nShould design, develop, and maintain application individually as well as work in a group. \nShould maintain quality and security of the assigned development tasks applying the best design and development guidelines as defined in the project. \nShould work as per the defined project priorities and project schedules and ensure to complete the assigned projects within allotted timelines \nMust adhere to agile methodologies and the project management followed in the project \nAssist in technical and project risk management and participate in mitigation activities. \nInteract with team for the day to day development tasks and hurdles. \nProvide functional and technical support, guidance to other junior developers. \nDevelop process improvements to improve system quality and efficiency. \nAttend all the project Meetings, discussion, other sprint meetings etc. \nQualifications\nStrong on application development using HTML5, CSS3, angular programming languages. \nRequires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree. \nShould have worked in multiple projects for creation of application UI using frameworks like angular JS or angular materials. \nKnowledge of design patters and strong in application architecture. \nShould have a strong knowledge and experience in using SOLID principles. \nShould be good in writing unit test cases using Jasmine/Jest and in writing the E2E test cases using Protractor. Should be able to create tool scripts. \nShould have experience in developing and implementing interfaces for application using web sockets. \nShould have work experience in complete software development life cycle for few projects. \nStrong experience in executing projects with agile methodologies. \nShould have experience in technically mentoring juniors in the team. \nShould have a very good verbal communication and articulation skills. \nShould be a very good team player with a positive mindset, attitude and self-drive. \nShould have good exposure in interfacing with different departments and groups who are stakeholders in the project and actively participate in design discussions. \nMust have very strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities. \nGood to have hands on experience in frameworks like NRWL. \nGood to have knowledge in audio domain and related frameworks. \nWork experience in environment that involved directly dealing with teams from different geographies. \nShould have experience in working on some of the IDEs like - Web Storm, Visual studio code, etc... \nExperience in project management tools like Jira, contour, confluence etc., \nExperience in configuration management systems like Git or SVN \nMinimum 5 years of hands on experience on AWS, Serverless (lambda) \nMinimum 5 years of experience and strong proficiency in Node, TypeScript and JavaScript \nRequired experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, RDS \nExperience in IaC using CloudFormation \nExperience in JavaScript based frameworks like NestJS\nWHO WE ARE\nShure’s mission is to be the most trusted audio brand worldwide - and for nearly a century, our Core Values have aligned us to be just that.
