NET for services or components that require it.\nRequirements:\nStrong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Odoo development (custom modules, ORM, workflows, security rules).\nSolid understanding of Odoo architecture, including models, views, reports, server actions, and enterprise/community edition differences.\nExcellent knowledge of RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and asynchronous operations.\nStrong understanding of SQL, relational database design, and performance optimisation (PostgreSQL preferred).\nGood knowledge of software engineering principles such as OOP, SOLID, clean architecture, and design patterns.\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nExperience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand complex systems and propose practical solutions.\nGood communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\nExperience with. NET / C# for microservices or backend components.\n5+ years of professional backend development experience.\n3+ years working with Python, including at least 2 years of Odoo development (customisations, integrations, module development).\nProven experience in building and integrating backend services in production environments.\nExperience working in agile teams and delivering features end-to-end.\nHands-on involvement in debugging, performance tuning, and scaling backend applications.\nPractical exposure to. NET backend development (.
