You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn backend development from architecture and system design through implementation, deployment, and production support.\nBuild products from scratch and scale them as usage and business complexity grow.\nDesign robust APIs, database models, microservices, and event-driven workflows.\nMake architecture decisions balancing performance, scalability, consistency, security, and maintainability.\nBuild distributed systems with fault tolerance, reliable communication, and appropriate data consistency guarantees.\nImprove monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud infrastructure.\nMentor teammates through design discussions, code reviews, and hands-on technical guidance.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams and take ownership of delivery and product outcomes.\nRequirements:\nStrong experience building and operating production backend systems.\nExperience in any backend programming language is welcome, provided engineering fundamentals are strong, and the candidate is open to working with Java/Golang.
