We are hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer Lead for Infrastructure Services to work directly with enterprise clients and transform legacy infrastructure support into measurable, agentic, software-defined outcomes.\nIn this role, you will identify high-value operational challenges, translate them into Outcome-Driven Models (ODMs), validate solutions through design-partner sprints, and convert proven outcomes into scalable services. You will operate at the intersection of infrastructure services, AI-assisted operations, product and offer management, and commercial value creation. As infrastructure becomes a critical business control system in the AI era, your work will directly influence resilience, risk reduction, cost optimisation, capital efficiency, workforce productivity, and executive decision-making.\nResponsibilities:\nEngage with Client executives and IT leaders to understand current operations.\nOwn end-to-end outcome definition, prioritisation, delivery path, and measurable impact for each transformation engagement.\nLead Sprint execution along with a Platform engineer and AI Engineering specialist.\nTranslate proven outcomes into outcome-based contract proposals in partnership with Account and Sales teams.\nRequirements\n10 to 15 years of overall professional experience in infrastructure services, managed services, enterprise technology, consulting, product management or transformation roles.\nMinimum 3 years in a role with direct product, offer or outcome-roadmap ownership. This may be titled Product Manager, Offer Manager, Transformation Lead, Solution Lead or senior technical/delivery leadership role with clear accountability for roadmap, prioritisation, and scope trade-offs.\nHands-on depth/experience in at least one mandatory infrastructure domain: secure networking, cybersecurity, data centre infrastructure.\nPractical exposure to ITOps, NOC/SOC operations, ITSM, incident and escalation management, lifecycle/EoX management, patching, asset management, or service assurance.\nDirect exposure to commercial and pricing models in an infrastructure services context, such as SLA-based governance, outcome-based pricing, performance governance, gainshare or value-linked models.\nExperience engaging enterprise clients and operating in regulated or high-governance environments such as banking, financial services, healthcare, energy, public sector or similarly controlled industries.\nWorking exposure to AI-assisted operations, AIOps, automation, agentic workflows or AI-native platforms.\nDeep AI/ML engineering expertise is not mandatory, but conceptual fluency is required.\nRequired Skills:\nOutcome discovery and problem framing: ability to convert observed client pain points into scoped outcome opportunities.\nProduct and offer management: ability to own roadmap, prioritisation, backlog, trade-offs and value hypotheses.\nExecutive storytelling: ability to translate infrastructure signals into business-outcome language for CIO, COO, CFO, CISO and transformation leaders.\nData literacy: comfort with baseline creation, KPI instrumentation, before/after proof metrics, dashboards and business-value reporting.\nAI operations fluency: working knowledge of agentic or AI-assisted operations, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, explainability and governance.\nCross-functional orchestration: ability to coordinate Sales, Platform, Engineering, Service Line, Delivery and client-side stakeholders without losing outcome accountability.\nCommercial thinking: ability to connect technical proof to contract-ready business
