Relocation assistance is not provided. ***\nOverview & Position Summary This position supports financial planning and analysis activities by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and monitoring business performance. This role works under moderate supervision to support forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting with moderate impact on team results. It partners with finance and operational teams to provide accurate, timely financial insights that support decision-making.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPrevious residential homebuilding, land development, or real estate industry experience required\nPrepare financial analyses, models, and reports to support planning and performance management\nAnalyze actual results versus forecasts and budgets to identify variances and trends\nSupport forecasting and scenario analysis by compiling and validating financial data\nInvestigate financial discrepancies and variances through analysis and collaboration with internal partners\nMaintain accurate financial documentation to support controls and audit readiness\nCommunicate financial results, assumptions, and insights to internal stakeholders\nAssist with preparation of presentations and materials for leadership review\nSupport improvements to financial analysis tools, processes, and reporting\nProvide guidance or assistance to entry-level staff or support employees as appropriate\nEducation & Experience Required:\nMinimum 2 years of relevant financial analysis, finance, or accounting experience, or equivalent (e.g., 6-8 years)\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field\nExperience supporting financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting processes \nAbility to provide informal guidance or assistance to others within a team environment\nPreferred:\nAdditional experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance environments\nKnowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis\nExperience using ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and advanced spreadsheet tools\nSkills & Competencies\nBroad knowledge of financial analysis and reporting principles\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating financial data\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and documentation\nEffective communication skills for explaining financial concepts and findings\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under moderate supervision\nProficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and spreadsheet applications\nAbility to interpret and apply financial policies and procedures\nWorking Conditions Work is primarily performed in a general office environment with standard business hours.
