This role owns automated testing across both the frontend interface and the on-chain execution layer.\nThe Senior QA Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test coverage that continuously validates UI behavior, backend coordination, and on-chain state transitions.\nThis is an automation-first role with real ownership over quality infrastructure.\nCore Responsibilities\nDesign and maintain automated test suites covering:\nFrontend user flows (wallet connection, balances, trading, error states)\n\nBackend coordination and API contracts\n\nOn-chain execution flows and state transitions\n\nBuild deterministic tests for:\nOrder submission and cancellation\n\nSlippage enforcement and fee calculation\n\nTransaction lifecycle (submitted, pending, confirmed, reverted)\n\nBalance and position reconciliation between UI and chain\n\nAutomate regression coverage for critical trading paths\n\nValidate frontend state against on-chain truth\n\nCreate mocks, fixtures, and local chain environments where appropriate\n\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines\n\nTriage failures and distinguish product bugs from test instability\n\nWork closely with engineers to enforce testability at the architecture level\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years experience in QA engineering with a strong automation focus\n\nProven experience testing complex, stateful systems\n\nStrong proficiency with modern test frameworks for:\nFrontend automation (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)\n\nAPI and integration testing\n\nAbility to design deterministic, non-flaky tests\n\nStrong debugging skills across frontend, backend, and execution layers\n\nClear written communication and disciplined documentation\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience testing trading systems, financial platforms, or real-time systems\n\nFamiliarity with blockchain execution models and on-chain state\n\nWorking knowledge (or fast ramp-up ability) on concepts such as:\nWallets and signing flows\n\nGas estimation and failures\n\nSlippage, MEV, and partial execution scenarios\n\nExperience running tests against:\nLocal chains or forks\n\nTestnets and simulated
