You will make sure the workplace runs smoothly, vendors deliver on their commitments, costs are controlled, and staff have a comfortable, secure, and productive environment.\nOversee the upkeep of the office premises, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power (generators, inverters, UPS), water, and internet infrastructure\nRun preventive maintenance schedules and resolve faults promptly to minimise downtime\nConduct regular inspections and keep an asset and equipment register\nSource, negotiate with, and manage service providers (cleaning, security, catering, fuel, repairs, pest control, etc.)\nMonitor vendor performance against SLAs and manage contract renewals\nObtain competitive quotes and ensure value for money\nEnforce HSE policies and keep the premises compliant with relevant regulations\nMaintain fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and first-aid provisions, and run regular drills\nCoordinate with security personnel on access control, visitor management, and incident reporting\nPrepare and manage the facility budget, tracking expenses against it\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities, such as energy efficiency and supplier consolidation\nProcess facility-related invoices and requisitions accurately and on time\nManage space planning, seating arrangements, and office moves or set-ups\nOversee office supplies, pantry, and general housekeeping\nBe the point of contact for staff facility requests and complaints, resolving them quickly\nSupport events, meetings, and visitor hosting\nMaintain accurate records of leases, licences, permits, and insurance\nProvide regular facility reports to management on costs, incidents, and maintenance status\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field\n4 to 6 years of experience in facility or office management, preferably in a tech company, corporate, or multi-tenant environment\nA professional certification (e.g., IFMA, NEBOSH, or similar) is an advantage\nStrong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices\nExcellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills\nSound budgeting and financial management ability\nStrong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace\nAbility to stay calm and act decisively in
