אחר ביצוע\nאחריות מקצועית כוללת על תהליכי הבדיקות ואיכות התוצרים, לרבות הגדרת מתודולוגיה ושיטות לפיתוח תהליכי אוטומציה\nהובלת תכנון הבדיקות ותהליכי End-to-End במערכות ליבה מורכבות\nהובלה והכוונה מקצועית של תחומי הבדיקות הידניות והאוטומציה, תוך ראייה כוללת של צורכי המערכת והפרויקטים\nבניית תוכניות עבודה ותעדוף המשימות בהתאם לצרכים העסקיים והטכנולוגיים מול הגורמים העסקיים\nניהול ממשקי עבודה שוטפים עם פיתוח, ניתוח מערכות, ניהול פרויקטים וגורמים עסקיים\nניהול תהליכי גיוס וקליטה בשיתוףHR לצד ניהול, פיתוח ושימור עובדי הצוות\nקידום תהליכי עבודה, מתודולוגיות ושיפור מתמיד של איכות הבדיקות\nRequirements\nלפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוות QA\nניסיון מקצועי קודם כבודק.ת תוכנה והיכרות מעמיקה עם עולם הבדיקות\nהיכרות טובה עם עולם האוטומציה ויכולת לנהל ולהכווין מקצועית מפתחי אוטומציה\nניסיון בניהול צוות בסביבה טכנולוגית מורכבת ומרובת מערכות וממשקים\nהבנה מקצועית טובה של מתודולוגיות ותהליכי QA, לרבות תכנון בדיקות, בדיקות מערכת ותהליכי End-to-End\nהיכרות עם סביבת עבודה הכוללת מערכות Client-Server, WEB, API ובסיסי נתונים\nהיכרות עם כלי וטכנולוגיות מעולמות הבדיקות והאוטומציה, כגון Postman, Selenium, Python, Java ו-JavaScript\nניסיון בניהול תוכניות עבודה, תעדוף משימות ועבודה במקביל על מספר פרויקטים\nיכולת ניהול והנעת עובדים, ראייה מערכתית, קבלת החלטות ויכולת עבודה מול מגוון ממשקים\nיתרון\nניסיון בניהול צוות הכולל גם בודקים ידניים וגם אנשי אוטומציה\nהיכרות עם עולם
