May be required to perform any additional responsibilities assigned by\nleadership. In the event of absence, the position will be filled by another adequately trained Food Manufacturing Associate staff member.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nResponsible for accurate and efficient processing of items, including bulk ingredient breakdown,\nweighing and labeling, to recipe and SOP specific requirements.\nResponsible for minimizing/eliminating the possibility of foreign material introduction into any\nproducts while prepping\nResponsible for minimizing/eliminating waste while prepping.\nResponsible for accurately documenting lot numbers, weights and labeling products correctly to\nensure inventory accuracy and allocation of materials.\nAccountable for individual KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).\nResponsible for working efficiently and in an organized and clean manner following clean -as-\nyou-go.\nSafely operated manual and/or electric pallet jacks. (Plant Certification).\nSafely operate equipment as needed.\nSafely use knives to open packaging as needed.\nAttend Training that is made available in relation to job description\nAbility to train new staff within the department if needed\nOther responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.\nResponsibilities for Food Safety\nResponsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.\nMust adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard\nOperating Procedures) and all Food and Employee Safety policies.\nMust adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.\nResponsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities, and individuals.\nIf monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical\nControl Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities\nBasic Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,\nusing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nWritten and verbal communication skills.
