self-motivated, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nEquipment Maintenance\nPerform preventive maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules.\nDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs to minimize equipment downtime.\nRoutinely inspect equipment to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.\nPerform equipment setup prior to production and teardown following production.\nAssemble and disassemble production equipment for maintenance and repair.\nFacility & Utility Maintenance\nInspect plant utility systems to identify potential equipment failures.\nMaintain facility areas outside of production in accordance with the Master Sanitation Plan.\nSupport overall facility maintenance and repair activities as assigned.\nEquipment Operation\nSafely operate maintenance tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment.\nOperate gas cutting and welding equipment safely.\nOperate forklifts and manual/electric pallet jacks (plant certification required).\nFollow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain certification.\nDocumentation\nComplete maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and company records.\nUtilize equipment manuals and technical documentation to support repairs and troubleshooting.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nIndustrial machine repair and maintenance\nPreventive and predictive maintenance\nMechanical troubleshooting and repair\nElectrical troubleshooting and repair\nHydraulic and pneumatic systems\nMechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematic interpretation\nFabrication and welding\nLubrication and filtration systems\nAsset management and equipment reliability\nDiagnostic and problem-solving skills\nExperience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)\nAbility to prioritize and complete work assignments independently\nStrong commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nTrade school certification preferred.\nMinimum of 6 years of related industrial maintenance
