We deliver digital solutions built to help accelerate the growth of businesses in various industries, by focusing on creating value through innovation.\nJob Responsibilities:\n Design & Development\nBuild and enhance Amazon Connect contact flows for calls and chat with Lambda, Lex, and third-party integrations.\nDevelop backend services in Python or Node.js.\nDevelop agent/customer interfaces in React (JavaScript).\nIntegrate with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Q in Connect, Kinesis, Secrets Manager, CloudFront).\nContribute to IaC deployments using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.\n Testing & Quality Engineering\nCreate and execute manual test cases for Connect flows, APIs, and front-end applications.\nPerform integration testing across AWS services, Connect flows, and external systems (e.g., CRM).\nTrack, document, and resolve issues while collaborating with development and DevOps teams.\nEnsure test coverage for security, scalability, and cost efficiency.\n Support & Maintenance\nProvide L2/L3 support for Amazon Connect flows, APIs, and integrated applications.\nMonitor logs, metrics, and alerts (CloudWatch, Kinesis, etc.) to ensure system stability and performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.\nDocument incidents, fixes, and best practices to improve knowledge sharing and reusability.\nParticipate in on-call rotations or scheduled support activities as required.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n3-6 years of professional experience in software development and testing.\nAt least 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience delivering Amazon Connect solutions.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to balance security, cost-effectiveness, and scalability in solution design.\nExperience providing production support or on-call responsibilities preferred\nAmazon Connect: Contact flow design, Lambda/API integrations, Lex, Q in Connect, Evaluations.\nAWS Cloud: Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Q in Connect, Kinesis, Secrets Manager, CloudFront.\nPython: Backend services for Lambda.\nNodeJs: Backend services for Lambda.\nJavaScript (React): Front-end development + UI testing\nManual Testing: Test design, execution, defect tracking, and\nautomation basics.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTerraform: Infrastructure as Code for AWS.\nGitLab: Source control & CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with CI-driven testing -
