reports, and BI solutions to support business and project requirements.\nBuild and optimize analytical assets using Looker and other data visualization and BI technologies.\nAnalyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.\nTranslate business and analytical requirements into effective data models, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and project members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical outputs.\nPerform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of deliverables.\nApply strong analytical thinking to solve business problems and communicate findings effectively.\nContribute to the development of analytical solutions and explore opportunities to apply machine learning techniques where appropriate.\nSupport the delivery of project milestones and ensure analytical deliverables meet project timelines and quality expectations.\nContinuously improve BI and analytical assets for usability, scalability, and performance.\nBasic Qualifications:\nProven professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.\nStrong, hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development.\nStrong experience with Looker and business intelligence/analytics solutions.\nStrong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.\nWorking proficiency in Python for data analysis and analytical workflows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.\nExperience working with data from multiple sources and delivering insights through visualization and reporting.\nExperience working with SAP/ Azure \nAbility to work independently and effectively within a project delivery environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience developing advanced or enterprise-scale Power BI and Looker solutions.\nExperience with machine learning concepts and techniques and their application to business analytics.\nExperience building reusable analytical assets and data-driven solutions.\nExperience with data modeling, data transformation, and BI performance optimization.\nAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations clearly.\nExperience working in fast-paced project environments with tight delivery
