In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale cybersecurity programs that strengthen enterprise security capabilities while partnering with cross-functional engineering, security, and business teams.\nThis is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within a complex enterprise environment, helping drive strategic security programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is a strong technical program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple stakeholders, and is comfortable balancing Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity and technology programs, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\nManage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nDrive Agile delivery by serving as a Scrum Master or Agile lead, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.\nPartner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.\nMonitor program health through delivery metrics, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into progress and key decisions.\nIdentify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and roadblocks while fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.\nApply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements and organizational needs.\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or projects within enterprise environments.\nProven experience leading cross-functional engineering or technology initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.\nExperience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.\nDemonstrated success managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExperience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.\nStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.\nPMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or an equivalent project management certification.\nNice to Have\nExperience delivering enterprise cybersecurity or information security programs.\nFamiliarity with Application Security, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Privacy.\nUnderstanding of modern security practices, including Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance frameworks.\nExperience integrating security tooling and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience working within enterprise PMOs or large-scale program governance environments.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nSalary Range\n$120,000 -
