The position works closely with multidisciplinary teams including MEMS, Optics, Electronics, Software, and Mechanical Engineering to ensure successful delivery of sensor solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nContribute to the development, design, modeling, and simulation of sensor systems and spectral sensing products.\n\nSupport the definition and allocation of system requirements and specifications to achieve target product performance.\n\nParticipate in system architecture studies, performance analysis, and trade-off evaluations.\n\nSupport system characterization activities and develop validation methodologies, test procedures, and performance assessments.\n\nContribute to the development and implementation of product calibration approaches, algorithms, and associated test setups.\n\nPerform laboratory experiments, testing, characterization, data collection, and technical investigations to evaluate system performance.\n\nSupport failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions related to system performance issues.\n\nCollaborate closely with MEMS, Optics, Electronics, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams throughout product development and industrialization phases.\n\nSupport yield analysis and continuous improvement activities to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.\n\nPrepare technical reports, characterization results, validation documentation, and engineering records.\n\nCommunicate technical progress, findings, risks, and recommendations to project teams and engineering leadership.\n\nSupport customer technical inquiries and application-related investigations in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management teams.\n\nContribute to the preparation of datasheets, application notes, technical documentation, and product specifications.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience:\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nExperience Level: 0-2 years for the Systems Engineer role;
