Senior Graphic & Motion Designer

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer with solid experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI design, capable of translating complex technical ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences.

This role requires a versatile designer who can work across multiple formats and channels, including social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, events, product marketing materials, and other digital and print applications.

We are looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with creativity, attention to detail, motion design expertise, and a solid understanding of digital user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphic design assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, events, and other digital and print materials.

• Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns, product communication, social media, websites, and digital platforms.

• Translate technical, product, and marketing concepts into clear and visually compelling creative solutions.

• Contribute to UI and web design projects, including websites, landing pages, product interfaces, wireframes, layouts, and visual design systems.

• Design and prototype digital experiences using Figma.

• Build and maintain responsive marketing pages and website experiences using Webflow.

• Manage visual content development from concept and ideation through wireframing, story-boarding, design, animation, and final delivery.

• Develop scalable and reusable design templates and visual systems for different content formats.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to create visuals that support campaign and business objectives.

• Maintain visual consistency and ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Optimize graphics and motion content for different platforms, formats, screen sizes, and devices.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, motion graphics, UI design, web design, and digital experiences.

• Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into the design workflow to accelerate ideation, concept development, visual exploration, content creation, and production while maintaining strong creative direction and design quality.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• At least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with strong hands-on experience in motion graphics.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of graphic design, branding, visual communication, motion graphics, and digital/UI work.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, etc.

• Solid knowledge of motion design principles, animation, composition, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.

• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

• Practical experience with Webflow, including building and maintaining responsive web pages and translating approved designs into polished digital experiences.

• Experience creating multiple formats of social media and digital marketing content.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to create polished, intuitive, and user-focused digital interfaces.

• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, layout, and visual design principles.

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop creative ideas from initial concept through final execution.

• Experience developing and maintaining visual systems, templates, and brand-consistent creative assets.

• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted creative tools for image generation, ideation, visual development, motion workflows, or design production is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with B2B brands or accounts is required.

• Experience in technology, deep-tech, engineering, semiconductors, or other technical industries is a strong plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
