The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer with solid experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI design, capable of translating complex technical ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences.\nThis role requires a versatile designer who can work across multiple formats and channels, including social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, events, product marketing materials, and other digital and print applications.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with creativity, attention to detail, motion design expertise, and a solid understanding of digital user experiences.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate high-quality graphic design assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, events, and other digital and print materials.\n\nDevelop engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns, product communication, social media, websites, and digital platforms.\n\nTranslate technical, product, and marketing concepts into clear and visually compelling creative solutions.\n\nContribute to UI and web design projects, including websites, landing pages, product interfaces, wireframes, layouts, and visual design systems.\n\nDesign and prototype digital experiences using Figma.\n\nBuild and maintain responsive marketing pages and website experiences using Webflow.\n\nManage visual content development from concept and ideation through wireframing, story-boarding, design, animation, and final delivery.\n\nDevelop scalable and reusable design templates and visual systems for different content formats.\n\nCollaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to create visuals that support campaign and business objectives.\n\nMaintain visual consistency and ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines.\n\nManage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.\n\nOptimize graphics and motion content for different platforms, formats, screen sizes, and devices.\n\nStay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, motion graphics, UI design, web design, and digital experiences.\n\nExplore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into the design workflow to accelerate ideation, concept development, visual exploration, content creation, and production while maintaining strong creative direction and design quality.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\nAt least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with strong hands-on experience in motion graphics.\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of graphic design, branding, visual communication, motion graphics, and digital/UI work.\n\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, etc.\n\nSolid knowledge of motion design principles, animation, composition, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.\n\nStrong proficiency in Figma for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.\n\nPractical experience with Webflow, including building and maintaining responsive web pages and translating approved designs into polished digital experiences.\n\nExperience creating multiple formats of social media and digital marketing content.\n\nStrong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to create polished, intuitive, and user-focused digital interfaces.\n\nExcellent understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, layout, and visual design principles.\n\nStrong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop creative ideas from initial concept through final execution.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining visual systems, templates, and brand-consistent creative assets.\n\nFamiliarity with generative AI and AI-assisted creative tools for image generation, ideation, visual development, motion workflows, or design production is highly preferred.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience working with B2B brands or accounts is required.\n\nExperience in technology, deep-tech, engineering, semiconductors, or other technical industries is a strong plus.\n\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is
