You will collaborate closely with local and international clients to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.\nYou will help deliver actionable data-driven solutions & insights, and present the results in an interactive, easily understandable manner.\nWhat you will do\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and shape solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups.\n\nPrepare and validate data by mapping, extracting, cleaning, enriching, and performing feature engineering to establish stable datasets for analysis.\n\nDesign, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports that cater to specific client requirements using advanced visualization tools.\n\nConduct comprehensive statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to extract actionable insights supporting decision-making.\n\nTranslate complex technical and analytical findings into clear, understandable presentations for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, applying innovative approaches to enhance service offerings.\n\nProvide guidance and support to business users and team members in leveraging data effectively, contributing to a data-driven culture and continuous learning.\n\nWithin Sia, you will\nContribute to enhancing Sia’s Data Science and Generative AI offerings through internal training sessions, working groups, and publications.\n\nRepresent Sia at professional events, actively contributing to thought leadership (articles, white papers, webinars).\n\nSupport business development by crafting proposals/offers, identifying collaboration opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships.\n\n About You\nYou bring:\nA Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n0-3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting or industry role.\n\nFluency in Dutch and English. If you speak German, that's a plus.\n\nStrategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.\n\nExperience in clearly communicating and presenting complex ideas to varied audiences.\n\nEfficient collaboration with various stakeholders, internally and externally, to gather requirements and support data-driven decisions.\n\nEagerness to work alongside and learn from more experienced colleagues while contributing fresh ideas to team projects.\n\nInterest in applying innovative analytics and AI solutions to drive sustainability and create meaningful business impact.\n\nYour technical toolkit:\nHands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.\n\nProficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.\n\nFamiliarity with dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\n\nKnowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.\n\nWhat you can expect from us\nYour development is our priority.
