You will use your analytical mindset and data skills to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable insights.\nResponsibilities include:\nWork closely with Sia consultants on assignments with an analytical challenge \nIdentify business problems by extracting, interpreting and explaining insights from data\nDevelop statistical and analytical methods to solve specific operational problems\nEnsure that the deep insights generated from advanced analytics translate into business impact\nPresent results and conduct workshops at customer sites\nWho you are\nYou want to make business impact, not only by doing data analysis, but also by making recommendations through inspiring presentations\nYou have the ability to adapt quickly and work across different business areas within a challenging environment\nYou have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills \nYou have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\nYou have excellent communication skills and can present complex concepts in a synthetic way\nYou have a good track record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting. \n What you need\nCompleted WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field of study.\nYou are a young graduate or already have several years of experience in a similar position.\nGood skills in Python and at least one other analytical language (e.g. R, SQL) \nExperience with data visualization and reporting (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)\nKnowledge of Machine Learning techniques or optimization is a strong plus\nFluent in English and Dutch, both written and oral.
