This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a focus on visual adaptations for social media, PowerPoint layouts, and iconography creation.\nYour Mission at SIA:\nUnder the guidance of the Lead Global Art Director, you will:\nCreate and adapt visual content for social media platforms (static images, banners, posts, etc.)\nDesign and format PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines\nWork on editorial design projects using InDesign, adapting layouts and formats for various publications\nResearch and select iconography from platforms like Getty or create new icons using artificial intelligence tools\nMaintain brand consistency across all visual assets while adapting designs to fit different formats\nCollaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to deliver high-quality materials\nEnsure all assets are production-ready with a focus on accuracy and precision\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nDegree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint\nExperience with social media visual creation, PowerPoint design, and editorial layouts in InDesign\nKnowledge of iconography research tools like Getty and AI-based design tools\nExperience using Figma for design collaboration and prototyping\nStrong attention to detail, ability to adapt designs quickly, and work under deadlines\nCreative mindset with the ability to maintain visual consistency across different platforms\nFluency in English with strong communication skills\n We believe in supporting our team professionally and personally.\nOUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY\nAt Sia, we believe in fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where our employees and partners are valued and thrive in a sense of belonging.
