Your personal growth is our goal.\nResponsibilities:\nLeading the initiation, definition and implementation of the program\nBuilding a program roadmap and ensuring that it is realized\nManaging a team of experienced project managers\nFollow-up of the realization of the program objectives\nReporting on the progress of the realization of the program objectives to the business management\nFollow-up of the benefit realization and the costs incurred\nManagement of the program risks and dependencies with other programs and projects\nMonitoring the proper functioning of the core team\n Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics\n+4 years experience in consultancy and if possible experience in managing complex programs\nExperience with ERPs implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle...)\nStrong leadership\nGood facilitator\nYou have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.\nBeing able to bring structure, being able to keep calm\nLanguages: Required proficiency in French and English, proficiency in Luxembourgish is considered a plus.\nWe are unable to provide a work permit for this position\n We are unable to provide a work permit for this position\nSia is an equal opportunity employer.
