Our optimism transforms outcomes.\n As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nKnowledge Administration & Content Management\nCurate, classify, and structure knowledge assets coming from:\n\nRFPs and proposals\n\nProject deliverables\n\nMethodologies and frameworks\n\nExternal publications and benchmarks\n\nTag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories.\n\nEnsure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently.\n\nMaintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time.\n\nData Quality & Governance\nEnsure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance standards.\n\nIdentify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories.\n\nMonitor adherence to knowledge management processes and escalate issues when necessary.\n\nContribute to the maintenance and evolution of KM standards and documentation.\n\nAI-Enabled Knowledge Processing\nUse AI-enabled tools (NLP, semantic search, document classification, automated tagging) to optimize content processing and retrieval.\n\nSupport the automation of repetitive knowledge management activities.\n\nCollaborate with IT and KM stakeholders to improve repository efficiency and searchability.\n\nOperational Support & Reporting\nSupport consulting teams in retrieving relevant content and ensuring knowledge accessibility.\n\nGenerate periodic reporting and dashboards related to repository usage, data quality, and content coverage.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Knowledge Management function.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field. \n2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support.\n\nFamiliarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.\n\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nExperience with tools like SharePoint.\n\n Sia is an equal opportunity employer.
