You will be working together with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners all over the world as well as consultants in the Netherlands\nYou will be responsible with the Partner for developing our business in terms of sales and people management:\nLead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients but also new clients.\nLead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.\nAttain both sales and delivery targets\nLead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients\nProvide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices.\nBuild and lead your team of consultants on missions but also in commercial endeavors\n You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.\nYou have at least 8 years experience within a consultancy company\nYou have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation. \nCapability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.\nYou have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.\nFluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
