Our optimism transforms outcomes.\n Contract Duration: 1 Year\nSia Partners is seeking a high-performing Program Manager - Capital Markets Transformation to support complex regulatory and strategic transformation initiatives within the Financial Services practice.\nThe role will work closely with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to drive large-scale change initiatives, ensure effective program execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nThis is a hybrid role, with a strong expectation of in-office collaboration.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to drive successful delivery.\n\nLead cross-functional working groups, facilitate decision-making, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across complex transformation initiatives.\n\nDevelop and coordinate materials for senior leadership, steering committees, executive forums, and program governance meetings.\n\nSupport program-level status reporting, ensuring objectives, milestones, risks, and key decisions are clearly communicated.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and overall program progress.\n\nFacilitate issue resolution and escalation while proactively managing program interdependencies and maintaining RAID logs.\n\nPartner with third-party vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required to support program objectives.\n\nProvide guidance and direction to junior team members, promoting continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.\n\nContribute to the execution of strategic and regulatory transformation initiatives across Capital Markets.\n\n Must Have\nUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.\n\n7+ years of program management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery.\n\nExperience leading or supporting large-scale regulatory programs.\n\nStrong understanding of Capital Markets products, services, and processes.\n\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with senior business stakeholders, project/program managers, technology teams, and cross-functional partners.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at both working-team and executive levels.\n\nStrong program governance and project management capabilities, including experience managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.\n\nStrong PowerPoint skills, including executive-level storyboarding and presentations.\n\nExperience using Visio or similar tools to develop process flows.\n\nComfortable working in ambiguous and complex environments with competing priorities.\n\nStrong learning agility and a passion for continuous improvement.\n\nNice to Have\nPMP certification or another relevant project/program management designation.\n\nExperience within consulting, financial services, or large enterprise transformation environments.\n\nExperience managing complex initiatives involving multiple business, functional, and technology stakeholders.\n\nExposure to regulatory change, remediation, governance, or risk transformation programs.\n\nWhat You Can Expect at Sia Partners\nOpportunities to work on complex, high-impact transformation initiatives across the Financial Services industry.\n\nExposure to challenging strategic and regulatory programs.\n\nA collaborative, high-performing environment that supports professional growth and development.\n\nVariety of assignments and opportunities to expand your consulting and transformation expertise.\n\nThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative solutions and trusted client advisory.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for a Capital Markets generalist and transformation leader, rather than a specialist in one product or operational function.\nThe successful candidate will be someone who can walk into a complex Capital Markets program, quickly understand the business context, bring structure to the problem, align senior stakeholders, manage change, and drive the program through execution.\nYou do not need to be the deepest expert in settlements, derivatives, payments, trading, or another specific Capital Markets discipline.
