This role involves developing scalable, high-performing web applications for our AI-powered SaaS solutions. You will work across frontend and backend systems, building intuitive user interfaces using React and robust backend services using Python, while collaborating closely with product, design, DevOps, and engineering teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFrontend Development: Develop and optimize responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.\nBackend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\nAPI Development & Integration: Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs; integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and third-party platforms.\nDatabase Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.\nPerformance Optimization: Improve frontend rendering, application responsiveness, backend performance, and API reliability.\nCode Integrity: Maintain and improve code quality through unit testing, integration testing, automation, documentation, and code reviews.\nContainerization & Cloud Deployment: Use Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications. Work with GCP, AWS, or Azure for cloud deployment and application management.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Helm to manage cloud infrastructure and ensure scalable, efficient deployment environments.\nCI/CD Management: Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes, including test automation, build artifact creation, and application releases.\n 3-6 years of software development experience, with hands-on experience in full stack development using ReactJS and Python.\nSkills\nStrong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\n\nProficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\n\nExperience with REST APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.\n\nExperience with frontend state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, React Query, or Zustand.\n\nDatabase management experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar SQL/NoSQL databases.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.\n\nHands-on experience deploying and managing applications using GCP, AWS, or Azure.\n\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC) skills with Terraform and Helm.\n\nUnderstanding of unit testing, API testing, code reviews, and secure coding practices.\n\nFamiliarity with Figma, responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n What We Offer\nOpportunity to lead cutting-edge AI projects in a global consulting environment.\n\nLeadership development programs and training sessions at our global centers.\n\nA dynamic and collaborative team environment with diverse projects.\n\nPosition based in Mumbai (onsite)\nSia is an equal opportunity employer.
