Our optimism transforms outcomes.\n As a Senior QA Engineer at Sia’s Technology team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecutes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems\n\nCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems\n\nProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development\n\nGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems\n\nProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture\n\nContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies\n\nAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect\n\n Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\n\nHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability\n\n4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in software testing, test automation or a related field\n\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript for writing test scripts.\n\nExperience with automation testing tools and frameworks like Playwright, Bruno, Selenium, Robot framework, Junit, pytest, Cucumber, Groovy, Postman, JMeter, REST Assured or API.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git.\n\nProficient in coding in one or more languages\n\nExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages\n\nOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle\n\nSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)\n\n What We Offer:\nOpportunity to lead cutting-edge AI projects in a global consulting environment.\n\nLeadership development programs and training sessions at our global centers.\n\nA dynamic and collaborative team environment with diverse projects.\n\nSia is an equal opportunity employer.
