Working alongside Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Solution Architects, and Platform Engineers, and step-by-step with clients, you will design, build, and deploy AI and data solutions that create measurable business value. Depending on client needs and your profile, your assignments may span the two areas below:\nAI & Generative AI Engineering\nAssist the GenAI Solution Architect in designing scalable and secure AI solutions.\n\nDevelop applications powered by foundation models, both self-managed and API-accessible, that meet business needs and comply with applicable regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, model licenses, etc.).\n\nDesign prompting and orchestration strategies to improve reasoning, controllability, reliability, and user experience.\n\nDesign and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging enterprise knowledge sources, semantic search, and source attribution.\n\nDesign, implement, and optimize agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.\n\nDevelop AI agents capable of tool usage, workflow orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, and human-in-the-loop interactions.\n\nArchitect AI solutions integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.\n\nEvaluate and select the most appropriate models based on business requirements, performance, latency, and cost constraints.\n\nMonitor AI system performance in production and contribute to observability, evaluation, and governance practices.\n\nData Science & Machine Learning\nMachine Learning and Statistics: build explanatory and predictive models to support decision-making (supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, etc.).\n\nDeep Learning: intelligent processing of unstructured data such as text (Natural Language Processing), images (Computer Vision), and audio (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech).\n\nGenerative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs): design and deploy LLM-based solutions (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.), develop RAG pipelines, and create business-focused conversational assistants and autonomous agents.\n\nOperations Research: help design and implement constrained optimization solutions and simulation models.\n\nBig Data: apply algorithmic knowledge to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.\n\nConduct research on the latest advances in foundation models, multimodal AI, and agentic AI systems.\n\n You hold a Master's degree from an engineering school or an advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, information processing, statistical engineering, or econometrics, and you have at least one year of technical experience in Data Science, Big Data, or building AI solutions.\nYou are proficient in Python programming and code versioning. You have knowledge of at least one of the following: Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG) and advanced prompting techniques, Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), or strong statistics and quantitative analysis skills (theoretical and practical knowledge, intuition, and ease in understanding and applying models). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API development (Flask, FastAPI) is a plus.\nYou want to get involved and quickly take on responsibility for high-value-added assignments within a dynamic organization.
