You will support a 24/7 intelligence operation responsible for monitoring, assessing, and communicating risks affecting the client’s people, assets, operations, and reputation.\nYou will conduct all-source research, monitoring, and analysis to identify emerging threats, incidents, risks, and trends relevant to the client’s operating environment. As Intelligence Team Lead, you will support intelligence reporting, travel security monitoring, incident escalation, crisis response, and stakeholder requests for information.\nThis is an onsite role at the client’s London office. This role would require you to work 5x8-hour shifts, rotating early, late and night shifts, including weekends, with flexibility to cover gaps where required.\nEssential Functions / Responsibilities\nConduct or oversee all-source intelligence collection, monitoring, and analysis activities. \nIdentify, assess, and escalate emerging risks, threats, incidents, and trends. \nProduce intelligence alerts, assessments, briefings, situation reports, and executive communications. \nSupport critical event management, incident coordination, and crisis response activities. \nSupport executive and employee travel security monitoring and reporting. \nSupport protective intelligence monitoring and escalation activities. \nMonitor risks affecting personnel, facilities, travelers, executives, events, reputation, and business operations. \nRespond to requests for information and ad hoc stakeholder requirements. \nMaintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails. \nFollow and support the development of SOPs, workflows, and escalation procedures. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAbility to translate complex information into concise, actionable intelligence. \nStrong OSINT, research, analytical, and intelligence tradecraft skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication and briefing abilities. \nStrong research and analytical skills and attention to detail\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience supporting corporate security, travel security, crisis management, or geopolitical risk functions. \nAbility to prioritize competing requirements in time-sensitive environments. \nExperience utilizing intelligence and monitoring platforms such as Dataminr, Everbridge, Ontic, International SOS, or similar tools preferred. \nAbility to work effectively within a matrixed client environment and build trusted stakeholder relationships. \nUnderstanding of analytical methodologies, source validation techniques, escalation frameworks, and intelligence writing standards. \nBachelor's degree in International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Journalism, Political Science, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience. \n5+ years of relevant experience in intelligence, investigations, security intelligence, geopolitical risk, protective intelligence, or related fields. \nRelevant professional certifications (ASIS APP, PSP, CPP, GISF, intelligence analysis, threat intelligence, crisis management, or similar) preferred. \n Interview Process\nInitial call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team\nTimed written assessment (arranged at a time that suits you) to test writing and analytical capability \nPanel interview with some of the team members and hiring managers at Sibylline \nMeet and Greet with the client \nResearch indicates that certain groups are less likely to apply for a position unless they meet every single requirement.
