You will support 24/7 physical security operations through alarm monitoring, access control administration, CCTV operations, incident documentation, dispatch coordination, and customer support activities.\nThis role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in physical security operations, emergency response coordination, and security technology management. As a Security Operator will help ensure the safety and security of Snap personnel, facilities, visitors, and operations.\nThis is an onsite role at the client’s London office. This role would require you to work 5x8-hour shifts, rotating early, late and night shifts, including weekends, with flexibility to cover gaps where required.\nMust provide a valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licence prior to commencing employment.\nEssential Functions / Responsibilities\nProvide timely response to alarms, incidents, notifications, and requests for service. \nMonitor and manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and communications platforms. \nPerform badge creation, modification, deactivation, and access-management support. \nReceive, document, categorize, escalate, and close security incidents. \nDispatch security personnel, facilities personnel, and emergency responders as required. \nSupport emergency communications and incident notifications. \nRespond to Jira tickets, calls, emails, and other customer service requests. \nMaintain accurate records, reports, and audit trails. \nParticipate in training, exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nExcellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. \nAbility to assess information, follow procedures, and make sound decisions. \nBasic understanding of security operations, dispatch, access control, or CCTV systems preferred. \nComfortable operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. \nKnowledge of Microsoft Office and security technology platforms preferred. \nA current SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licence. \n 1-3 years of customer service, operations, security, emergency response, or related experience preferred. \nExperience with Lenel, Milestone, Everbridge, Jira, or similar platforms preferred. \n Interview Process\nInitial call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team\nTimed written assessment (arranged at a time that suits you) to test writing and analytical capability \nPanel interview with some of the team members and hiring managers at Sibylline \nMeet and Greet with the client \nResearch indicates that certain groups are less likely to apply for a position unless they meet every single requirement.
