This role provides oversight across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with client priorities, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery. Serving as the primary operational liaison between Client and Sibylline, the Program Manager develops trusted stakeholder relationships, drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports workforce development, and ensures program objectives are achieved in a complex and evolving environment.\nThe Program Manager leads analysts across several workstreams, providing coaching, performance management, and strategic direction, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development. This position works closely with client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership to identify emerging needs, address operational challenges, and enhance program effectiveness.\nEssential Functions / Responsibilities\nLead and own operational oversight for multiple teams and workstreams supporting the client program.\n\nServe as the primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders, developing trusted relationships and ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements, priorities, and objectives.\n\nPartner with client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership to develop program goals, establish priorities, and support the ongoing evolution of program capabilities and services.\n\nEnsure the consistent delivery of high-quality services, products, and outcomes across all program functions through effective coordination, oversight, and quality assurance processes.\n\nMonitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and service quality.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing enhancements to workflows, processes, tools, and operating procedures to support program objectives and client needs.\n\nCoordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, knowledge sharing, and successful execution of program priorities.\n\nPrepare and deliver program updates, performance reports, briefings, and recommendations to client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership.\n\nIdentify operational risks, resource constraints, skill gaps, and emerging program needs, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and solutions.\n\nLead recruitment activities for the program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating talent, and providing hiring recommendations.\n\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with Sibylline and client stakeholders.\n\nConduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, establish development goals, and support career growth for program personnel.\n\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture centered on communication, accountability, professional development, and operational excellence.\n\nIdentify training and development needs across the program and coordinate appropriate learning and development opportunities to enhance team capability and performance.\n\nSupport escalation management and issue resolution, partnering with stakeholders to address operational challenges and ensure continuity of service.\n\nAssist with the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and expertise across Sibylline's global network.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong program management and operational leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.\n\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.\n\nStrong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities.\n\nAbility to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams and functions.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating efforts across geographically dispersed teams.\n\nSound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and other business productivity tools.\n\nDemonstrated experience in a client-facing environment with responsibility for stakeholder engagement and service delivery.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Intelligence, International Relations, Criminal Justice, Business Management, Risk Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree preferred.\n\nMinimum 7 years of professional experience in corporate security, intelligence, risk management, investigations, crisis management, program management, or related field. (Suggested qualification based on intended scope.)\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience leading teams, supervisors, managers, or multi-functional programs.\n\n Work Environment/Physical Requirements\nThis position is moderately self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, and communicate via phone, videophone, or text messaging.
