strengthen our Digital Operations team, we are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who will operate and support SICPA’s Digital Solutions and the underlying cloud infrastructure.\nIn this role, you will work closely with L1 Support, L3 Technical and Engineering teams, Project Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure the reliability, continuity and performance of our digital services.\nPROFILE\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.\nPrevious experience in the deployment and management of applications in cloud environments.\nExperience in application or solution administration, customer support and service management.\nProject management experience would be an advantage.\nExperience with containerised applications and cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes, Docker and AWS.\nStrong experience analysing data and messaging systems, with Kafka being a key requirement.\nKnowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and Oracle, including the ability to perform SQL analysis.\nExperience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana and Prometheus.\nBasic scripting and API troubleshooting skills using Bash, Python and Postman.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Argo CD and Argo Workflows.\nAWS or other relevant cloud certifications would be an advantage.\nITIL certification would be considered an asset.\nExcellent written and spoken English, minimum C1 level, Spanish or French would be an advantage.\nROLE\nOperate and support SICPA’s Digital Solutions and the underlying cloud infrastructure.\nMaintain applications, deploy upgrades, manage resources and contribute to business continuity.\nPerform configuration changes and deploy new application versions.\nHandle incidents and service requests escalated by the Digital Operations L1 Support team.\nUpdate and follow up on incidents and requests through the ticketing tool.\nTroubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents and identify software bugs or complex technical problems.\nPerform Root Cause Analysis, document findings and drive corrective actions.\nEscalate incidents and requests to L3 Support when appropriate.\nMaintain and continuously improve the Knowledge Base.\nContribute to the creation and maintenance of process and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with global Technical and Engineering teams, Project Managers, local management and other supporting functions.\nParticipate in shift
