Server Integration Services (SSIS)\nSQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)\nSQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)\nPower BI Report Server\n\nSupport data warehouse and data integration initiatives\nCollaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions\nDefine and enforce database governance, security, and operational best practices\nParticipate in infrastructure modernization\nPROFILE\n5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA\nStrong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server administration, performance tuning, security, backup and recovery\nHands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Power BI Report Server\nStrong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI architectures\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale production environments with high availability requirements\nProven experience leading or contributing to technical migration projects, including database upgrades, platform migrations, infrastructure modernization, and BI platform transformations\nExperience migrating SQL Server, data warehouse, and reporting solutions across environments while minimizing operational disruption\nProven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, or Power BI is an advantage\nStrong analytical mindset\nCustomer-oriented and service-focused\nProactive and autonomous\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work across infrastructure, data, and business teams\nNice to Have\nExperience with migration from traditional Microsoft BI platforms to Microsoft
