The role provides operational support across employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, training, and HR reporting, while serving as a point of contact for employees and managers.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport compliance with Ecuadorian labor legislation and internal HR policies.\nMaintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and personnel files.\nCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and employee administration processes.\nPrepare payroll inputs, benefit information, attendance records, and employee data for payroll processing.\nSupport recruitment activities, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.\nCoordinate training activities, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.\nAssist with employee relations matters and provide first-level support to managers and employees on HR procedures.\nMonitor and update HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training participation, and labor costs.\nMaintain HR data and support the administration of HR systems and employee databases.\nAssist with audits, labor inspections, and compliance-related activities.\nProfile\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.\n2 to 4 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Support, or HR Coordinator positions.\nExperience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, chemical, oil and gas, or operational environments is an advantage.\nWorking knowledge of Ecuadorian Labor Law and personnel administration processes.\nExperience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms is desirable.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nCustomer-service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.\nEnglish B1 preferred.\nIdeal Candidate\nA detail-oriented and proactive HR professional with strong administrative capabilities, eager to develop a broad HR career within a multinational environment.
