data quality, accuracy and consistency across HR systems\nSupport HR data accuracy on compliance requirements, audit processes and maintenance of HR records and documentation\nPrepare and analyze HR teams\nContribute to HRIS, digitalization, People Analytics and AI-related projects\nPROFILE\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related fields\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Data Management, HR Operations, or a similar role\nAdvanced Excel and BI skills, such as Power BI or Tableau\nStrong knowledge HRIS and SuccessFactors (module EC) is a plus\nHigh attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset\nGood understanding of HR processes and HR KPI, including payroll, organizational structures and employee lifecycle\nStrong data analytics and visual skills, workforce planning and headcount forecasting\nStrong ability to support Finance and HR teams by preparing workforce cost forecasts, headcount projections, and personnel budget reports\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality\nAbility to collaborate effectively with different HR functions
