The QA Engineer-Automation & Quality Lead is a challenging role from the technical, process and methodology point of view.\nAs a QA Engineer-Automation & Quality Lead, you are an integral part of the software development teams working very closely with software engineers but also part of the SQC community of practice (around 30 people worldwide), contributing to global change via community initiatives and putting your skills and experience at the service of the team as well as benefitting from their support and from continuous learning and exchanges.\nRole \nAs part of the team and the community:\nEnsure that software development teams apply the Testing Methodology (SOP)\nCollaborate with software development teams to ensure product and solution quality at every stage of the development process\nTest continuously the solution to detect bugs as soon as possible\nReview product design documentation to ensure that the requirements stated are correct, unambiguous and verifiable\nDefine test plans, design test cases, execute and create test reports to describe programme evaluation, testing and correction\nReport bugs according to guidelines, make sure that the defect tracking system is always updated \nUse quality and tracking tools to trace the progress of the job Jira\nMaintain effective communication with assigned projects and development teams\nEnsure all automated tests integrate with continuous integration and delivery processes\nTest automation skills (Java/Selenium or playwright/Postman) \nMonitor regularly the automation results and diagnose the failures\nAutomate the test cases and maintain the automation updated\nAs project/product Quality Lead:\nDefine and maintain test strategy\nIdentify areas for improvement in test processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and quality\nProvide Management with a valid and unambiguous status of the project from a quality point of view\nAnalyze time required and project impact based on time and test coverage estimation\nEnsure that Quality gates (unit test, quality code, etc) are
