Ensure effective reporting and drive sustainable resolution of quality issues end to end. \nEnsure Calibration process for devices is deployed and implemented. (when applicable)\nContinuously drive and promote Performance and Quality culture and initiatives across teams\nEnsure the Security of people, assets, sites, and operations. Promote a strong security culture across the organization.\n2.EH&S\nImplement an EH&S culture by deploying the headquarter guidelines\nPerform the risk analyses, conduct operational audits, investigate the EH&S events\nEnsure the EH&S legal watch activity locally and its conformity assessment accordingly\nReport the KPI and global goal achievement to the headquarter.\n3. Operational quality:\nCoordinate, implement and improve Supplier Quality Assurance policy and activities for Local Suppliers (when applicable)\nEnsure Incoming Quality Inspections, in process and final controls are in place and recorded (when applicable)\nFor internally and externally supplied material and products Manage, monitor and report non-conformities:Ensure problem reporting as per established process\nDrive resolution: coordination meeting with relevant internal stakeholders, apply problem solving techniques to identify root causes, maintain detailed records and prepare management summary\nTrack and follow up actions on supplied material: execute and coordinate control, block and free material according to headquarter guidelines\n\nEnsure that feedback loop, improvement and preventive actions are defined, implemented and effectiveness confirmed.\n4. Calibration Process:\nAcknowledge and deploy Calibration Global Process and Guidelines, in particular:\nEnsure Calibration data are provided in quality and on time.\nEnsure visibility of devices under calibration.\nRaise divergences from global calibration process and guidelines\n\n5. Continuos improvement and Performance:\nControl and improve Local Entity Quality through effective tools and methodologies,\nPromote Quality Tools and support related trainings (8D, SPC, Non-Conformance Monitoring, Lean, 6 Sigma…),\nImplement and adapt established Quality Standards,\nEnsure that Process Control Plans and Outgoing Controls are implemented.\nDeploy adequate systems to ensure prevention, defect analysis and correction,\nConduct Operational Audits,\nEnsure correct data reporting according to Global and/or Quality KPIs, lead Local Quality Improvement, develop & coordinate quality improvement programs.\n6. SECURITY\nEnsure the physical security and safety of employees, facilities, assets, supply chain activities, and operations within the country\nMaintain and continuously enhance the security posture of all sites and local operations in support of business continuity and operational objectives\nImplement and enforce the local security program in accordance with SICPA Security standards, policies, and guidelines\nIdentify, assess, report, and promptly escalate security threats, risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents affecting personnel, facilities, assets, or operations\nConduct, coordinate, or support security investigations and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented\nDevelop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, emergency services, landlords, and security service providers\nSupport security awareness initiatives and promote a strong security culture across the organization\nEnsure compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and company security requirements\nPROFILE\n5 years in Process & Quality field and 3-4 years in project / team management.\nKnowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001),\nExcellent experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Tools,\nExperience in Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management,\nExperience in Supplier Quality Management,\nKnowledge of statistical process control and 6Sigma\nGood knowledge of project and teams management methodologies,\nFluent in Azerbaijani and English.\nKnowledge of the local regulation related to E&HS\nExperience in successfully overseeing security operations.\nGood knowledge of physical security systems management (CCTV, access control, anti-intrusion).\nPersonal qualities and abilities:\nHave excellent communication and presentation skills\nBe curious but with a very deep sense for confidentially\nHave the ability to very quickly identify, extract and pre-qualify key information on specific and varying subjects, and from various sets of raw data\nHave the ability to collect and analyse information in a very structured manner\nBe meticulous and quality oriented\nBe a team player in a multi-cultural group\nBe capable of working under tight time pressure\nHave a flexible mindset and can-do attitude\nDemonstrate ability to effectively interact with internal and end users’ organizations at multiple levels.\nTechnically comfortable with the software technologies.\nAvailability to travel regularly in the country for audits if needed and sometimes to travel
