Manage infrastructure, support production environments, and collaborate with local and global teams to deliver reliable IT services.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister systems hosting business applications, databases, storage, backup, and monitoring platforms.\nSupport and operate IT infrastructure using tools such as Puppet, Nagios, Splunk, or similar.\nPerform system administration activities including patching, capacity planning, backup, and recovery.\nEnsure compliance with SICPA IT security policies and standards.\nConfigure and maintain monitoring tools and IT operational platforms.\nManage IT asset records and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations when required.\nSupport disaster recovery activities and SLA compliance.\nManage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.\nCollaborate with local and global teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.\nContribute to infrastructure improvements, operational procedures, and technical documentation.\nParticipate in after-hours operational support when required.\nProfile\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Data Center Operations, Managed Services, or similar environments.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Client environments.\nKnowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware.\nExperience with storage systems, networking, Active Directory, LDAP, VPN administration, and user access management.\nFamiliarity with ITIL principles and infrastructure best practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and within international teams.\nFluent English.\nDesirable Qualifications\nMCSE, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or similar certifications.\nExperience with Puppet, Nagios, Splunk, or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools.\nExperience in high-availability environments, business continuity, and
